These are the two simple ways using which you can either write and register your grivance with Prime Minister’s Office or register your greviance with various Central and State Ministries. This is a very handy online tool to voice out your greviance to the highest authorities and get them addressed by consistant followups.
Option 1: You may write to PMO – Prime Minister Office.
Follow below simple steps to write your greviance to PMO:
Step 1: Open this link http://www.pmindia.gov.in/en/interact-with-honble-pm/
Step 2: Tap on Write to the Prime Minister available on top right banner.
Step 3: A new page will open where you can write your graviance directly to PMO.
On successful registration of your greviance you will receive a confirmation message on website screen as well as you wil be sent an email and sms with the greviance registration number. eg.: PMOPG/E/2017/0123456
Option 2: Write to various Central and State Govt. Ministries/Departments.
Follow below simple steps to write your greviance to various Central and State Govt. Ministeries and Departments.
Step 2: Login using your registered ID and Password to see your dashboard then Tap on Lodge Public Gravance on top right side, a new page will open.
Step 3: Read guidelines/instructions and scroll down then click on agree, then click submit.
Step 4: Register your complaint by selecting appropriate Central Ministries and State Ministries.
On successful registration of your greviance you will receive a confirmation message on website screen as well as you wil be sent an email and sms with the greviance registration number. eg.: MORTH/E/2017/0123456
How to check status of PMO Complaint & Central and State Ministry Complaints
Step 1: Both can be checked using the this link: https://pgportal.gov.in/ViewStatus.aspx
Step 2: In Registration Number field enter complete greviance registration number which you have received on your email. eg. PMOPG/E/2017/0123456 or MORTH/E/2017/123456
Step 3: If it asks for mobile number or email id enter the same which you have provided while registering your greviance.
Step 4: Type the characters appearing in the image in the given field and click on ‘Submit’ to check the status of your greviance.
Make sure you provide as much details as possible while registering your greviance which may help the authorities your understand your concerns.
Once the greviance is addressed / disposed off there is also an option to give your feedback to the resolution provided to your greviance. There is also an option to rate between Excellent, Very Good, Good, Averge and Poor. By default Excellent is checked so if your problem is addressed do give a positive feedback by selecting the appropriate ratings, if your greviance has not been addressed properly then there is also an option to provide negative feedbacks. This helps to measure the efficiency of the resolution provided to you by the Ministry or Department to which you had raised your concerns.
